Shipping Policy

Self collection: free.
Delivery with free courier on purchases over NIS 300.
Purchase less than NIS 300:
E-mail delivery NIS 15
Delivery by courier to the house - NIS 30
Ready-made items - will be packed and leave our studio within up to 3 business days from the moment the order is placed.
The arrival time varies depending on the shipping option:

- epost - 3-7 business days, depending on the location in the country.

- Courier to the house - 2-5 business days, depending on the location in the country.

Please note: in case the courier is instructed to leave the package outside the door, we cannot take responsibility for the package if it goes missing.

Exchange and return policy

Items in stock - if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days, from the date of receipt, by contacting the email: jul@julfashion.com or phone 0549054880, when the product is with the label and in its original packaging with the original invoice attached only.
Items on SALE - can be exchanged or returned within 7 days only.
1+1 promotions:
You can get a refund on the two items bought in the sale because the discount is made as a condition for buying 2 items, or make an exchange for other items participating in the sale.

If you wish to exchange only one of the two items you purchased,

Consider it at a 50% discount and offset against the current price of the item

which you want to replace.
Damaged or worn item - will not be returned or exchanged.
Items that are specially sewn according to size and underwear - cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping fees are not included in the refund
From the moment the shipment is received at the studio and up to 14 days, the refund will be made to the PayPal account/ K.A.
A refund involves deducting a 5% cancellation fee.
You can get a credit for redemption on the website for the full amount of the purchase.
Items can be returned/exchanged through our delivery company, collection must be arranged through us, by email or phone, the shipping cost is NIS 30.
